My Art
Political, Surrealistic, cultural Heritage, Family, evolving, and large works are terms I would use to identify my artwork.
My expectation is that you may relate to my work and find it speaking to you and realize that I may have shared your same thoughts. On occasion, I may discuss the nature of my work while other times I will simply allow the viewer to explore the work and experience it on their own personal manner but see the world through the eyes of an artist.
I have been told by others at times that my work has a narrative and that it speaks to them. My belief is that art should have a soul and that soul speaks to its viewers. What it says to you does not have to match my thoughts and each time you view the work you discover something new. It says something new and many years from now it should speak to a new generation. My soul lives in my work, may it speak what I can not say with words.
I just retired with forty years in education, now it is time to focus on my personal interests. My greatest interest is creating art. Discovering a new approach, new topics, expressing my thoughts drive my desire to create art.
